I agree to and accept the terms below:

  1. I confirm that I have appropriate kit, clothing, footwear and equipment to participate in the match.
  2. I agree to behave appropriately during the match and in particular to comply with the rules of the venue, and to follow all reasonable instructions of any representative of Quarter Pro or the venue.
  3. I will not argue with the decisions of the referee and other match officials and I will not do anything that I know, or ought to know, will endanger or offend any other participants.
  4. I understand and acknowledge that there is a possibility that an injury or accident could occur and I agree to engage in the match at my own risk.
  5. I confirm that I am not pregnant, I am healthy, fit and capable of participating in a football match.
  6. I am not under the influence of alcohol, strong medication or illegal drugs. I do not have any alcohol, strong medication or illegal drugs in my possession.
  7. I agree that videos and photographs may be taken during the match. I further agree that Quarter Pro and/or its representative may use such recorded content on its website, share, publish or promote any such videos and/or photographs on its website, social media and all other marketing and promotional materials in any media worldwide without further reference or payment to me.
  8. I understand that if I fail to comply with these rules I may be required to stop participating in the match.
